"The sink was slow to drain...which is a minor issue, but nevertheless something you would hope wasn't something I would have to mention. I had also called the front desk because it was clear (from the barking) that they booked a couple with a pet next door to our room. I was told that this would be taken care of right away...at 1am I found out the hard way that the dog was still next door. I spend about 60 nights a year in hotel stays and this was the first time I stayed in a Holiday Inn express - I doubt that I would stay at this particular hotel again. (It's located behind a Costco store)"
